*********FORWARD WIDELY**********

IT’S TIME FOR WORKERS, INVESTORS AND PENSIONERS TO UNITE!

CALL (212)349-6460 or visit www.DemocracyRising.org to Volunteer or get more Event information.

The plundering of retirement accounts, the job and investment losses flowing from the looting by executives, the fraudulent accounting, and the brazen criminality that we see paraded across the headlines have given us a unique moment, the opportunity of a lifetime to rescue our government from corporate control.

Now, as some of the vastly overpaid and crooked bosses of the Corporate State face the prospect of going to jail, our political “leaders” are suddenly embracing our language.

This Wall Street weekend will launch a series of events nationwide to channel the peoples’ sense of anger and proper indignation into a focused and disciplined movement to break the grip of over-reaching corporate power.

Our task is to have them embrace not just our words, but our agenda.

NOW IS THE TIME TO:

Ø Jail Corporate Crooks
Ø Protect Worker’s Pensions
Ø Promote Socially Responsible Business
Ø Stop Corporate Tax Dodgers
Ø Protect Main Street from Wall St.

For more details on the “Corporate Reform Agenda,” go to www.citizenworks.org or dowload the document attached to this e-mail!

WE NEED YOUR HELP!

To make this rally a huge success, we need hundreds of volunteers to lend their time & energy to this project.

Only with your support can we pack tens of thousands of people in front of the New York Stock Exchange and send a clear message to our Nation’s leaders.

IMPORTANT VOLUNTEER TASKS:

§ Flyering/Postering communities and campuses
§ Phone Banking supporters from 6pm – 9pm, Sunday - Thursday
