October 4th has become a very busy day for Boston and New England activists. Come join the fight...
Calling all activists:
Boston is no stranger when it comes to its share of political dissent, marches, rallies, and pickets. But Friday October 4th is looking to become a very busy day for local activists. So busy in fact it's been hard for many to keep everything straight.
Included here is a list of events going on in and around Boston on Friday, October 4th.

Time is short to protest a disastrous unprovoked war! 2,000 in Denver and
2,000 in Arizona protested Bush this week. Please join other concerned
citizens to PROTEST G.W. BUSH IN BOSTON!
FRIDAY, OCT. 4, 11:30 am - 2 pm
at the Seaport Hotel on Boston's waterfront near South Station. A permit to protest has been granted by MassPort. We will assemble at the new Northern Avenue (now Moakley) Bridge from 11:30 a.m. to at noon, and will proceed to the Seaport Hotel shortly thereafter. Bush will be attending a $5,000 per couple LUNCHEON fundraiser for Mitt Romney. Our currency will be PEOPLE. If we can't bring our VOICE to the table, we bring our voice to the STREET.

Defend Logan Immigrant Worker on Trial--Pack the courtroom!
Friday, October 4, 2:00 p.m. Boston Federal Courthouse, Fan Pier
On Friday, October 4, at 2:00 p.m., one of the Logan airport workers arrested in February, a Haitian immigrant, will have his final, pre-trial hearing. Please be there and show your solidarity with immigrant workers under attack.
**If you're planning to be at the anti-Bush demonstration, the courthouse is a little more than a block away from the meeting point on the Old Northern Avenue Bridge.**
(Directions to the courthouse: Take the Red Line to South Station; follow Atlantic Ave. to pedestrian bridge across Fort Point Channel. The courthouse is across the water on Fan Pier.)
