DAVID ROVICS : Hang a Flag in the Window / No War on Iraq
David Rovics offers in song his analysis of US foreign and domestic policy: “The Axis of Evil / We’ll bomb ‘em down the skids / There’ll be no more terrorists / Once we kill their kids / People may starve / And economies may crumble / But those folks’ll just / Have to learn to be more humble….” With Allie Rosenblatt April 21, 02 DC Colombia Mobilization.

Bomb Ourselves (U,S but of course, who else) (english)
06 Oct 2002

Three countries in #days trip, North Korea, Iraq, Cuba.

Opps wait, can't go to Cuba.

I looked of for a quick reference regarding U.S. embargo and travel restrictions regarding people able to go 2/3 of the "evil axis". It's even silly to quote anything the kings says or jumbles.

I came across a Mother Jones Magazine reference and was going to link it but after seeing the source is from 'whowho news I refrained.( _ I know I have to move off this domain... And to think I usualy boast about MJM having relatively "do not harm" ads or less of the typical corporate ones.

Yea, another David Rovics gem ( side track as usual:

Would PSR do a story on Public Trust or how more listeners might contribute if CPB was gone...

Yes it's true "you won't hear this sort of programming anywhere else" as you say; try listening to FSRN and DN! and you'll hear people and issues discussed. Likewise on No Censorship Radio. It does seem you're staying clear of many areas of concern to some people at the moment.

What about how often "all" "everyone" is used to misrepresent an issue? "Nobody does this, thinks that sort of statements. "Nobody thinks Iraq is not a threat". Reminds me of Barry Crimmins: "if you...why not leave the U.S.? 'I'm afraid I'll get bombed by the US'. In turn reminds me of Dave Rovics' "Bomb Ourselves"
