New England Wide?? - In Case of War, Take to the Steets! (english)
14 Nov 2002
New England Wide stike on day or night of war.
Many Countries, States, and cities around the world have
begun putting out calls for protest when the US goes to War.
Some give specific instructions, some just say go out and
raise hell in the streets. The Calls come from Democrats,
Progressives, Activists, Anarchists, and everywhere in between.
Here is one specifically for Portland, ME to use as a possible
model – other cities and towns around New England (and the country!) should choose their own “meeting points” and/or plans of action.

This would be great to spread across New England, and
hell the whole country!

--------

In Case of War, Take to the Streets!

FOR THOSE WHO CAN OR WILL:
No matter what time of day or night,
as soon as you hear about the beginning of War, converge on
Monument sq. If night or early morning, bring food, blankets,
candles, and drums, horns, and noisemakers. Wake up the City!

FOR THE REST:
Meet at Monument Sq. either at 9am or 5pm
whichever time is coming next!

Plan to stay as long as you can and plan to make a lot of noise.

This is not a permitted war, and so won’t be a permitted protest!
Plan accordingly.
