The U.S. is materially supporting a government which chronically employs torture and summary execution as means of repression of popular movements. |
The U.S. government has sent 3,000 M-16 semi-automatic guns to Nepal as part of its multi-million dollar program to support the Nepali government in the face of the Maoist insurgency.
