Studs Terkel, Howard Zinn, on 'public radio' - surely you just imagine (english)

Yes, it's true, and maybe even more surprising they were both on one of the Boston 'public radio stations. Not one of they're produced programs but...A hacked and simplistic form to send mail...actually people letting them know in creative ways that not noting Patriot Act or corporate media during shows on security & civil liberties and myths of liberal media is a joke (from my view).

..oh yea, Democracy NOW! on WZBC note... (english)
05 Mar 2003

...them know in creative ways that not noting Patriot Act or corporate media during shows on security & civil liberties, a program about the myth of the liberal mediawithout most likely mentioning corporate media (Ed Herman (not to mention book on the topic) and others) is a joke (from my view).

Hats off to "sore throat" David, WZBC DJ who filled in on 4 March 2003; Democracy NOW! went past the half-hour, and I suspect that he chose not to interrupt ( http://www.webactive.com/pacifica/demnow/dn20030304.html)Greg Palast He also did a fine segue to his show by noting the upcoming IMC benefit and informing listeners what they were listening after he identified songs from his first set. Excellent show that lead into Carl's (http://www.gullbuy.com/buy/2003/3_4/index.htm) ull's Window Circus. ( I still recall the In Public WMFO DJ who abruptly cut the last few minutes of a Noam Chomsky talk before beginning the next program.

You know how many times I typed that URL incorrectly (hopefully not!) or left off full reference? Still hoping to get rid of it soon.

Also, maybe if the switch for HTML / text was nearer to the Publish "fools like me" might not zoom by it!

MoreStories>> link (still not working); if going to rely on Search "'" (block string) to list artciles articles why not remove it or fix it?

Thanks
