Harvard Square - Saturday (english)
14 Nov 2003
Modified: 03:46:12 PM
The weekly Harvard Square event will continue tomorrow at the usual time and place (12:00 to 8:00).
This is the last time until April that bumper stickers will be available in mass quantities. The weather is making their distribution difficult and I would like to put an increasing amount of energy into a "Nobody for President" campaign. All bumper stickers will still be available in the usual stores and online.

Without the need to carry the bumper stickers and set up their displays, I will be free to do more creative things with regard to our protest activities. I look forward to introducing some new ideas.

As usual, this is an unstructured event. All dissidents are welcome. A growing number of different groups and individuals have been showing up. If your cause has been stagnent or you are looking for a new venue, this is the time and place to show up.

We've been having a lot of fun. Come and join us.

P.S.

Ignore the troll posts likely to follow. Certain right wingers feel very threatened by our activities and have taken it upon themselves to smear and libel us. This proves that we are on the right track. Next to making dissidents smile, making right wingers pissed off is our favorite delight.

I think you are mistaken (english)

You people dont piss us off, you disgust us. You wear black, and masks and most of you are drug addicts. I blame your parents for your lack of respect and pride. Believe me, nobody is exactly shaking in our boots at anarchists or dissidents. Its the foreign threat of terrorism which pisses us off. God bless our soldiers and our military for doing their part to protect America. I doubt that any of you losers ever served in the military. If you did, you wouldnt be protesting your country like a traitor.
Look at the brain stem comments above. (english)

It's unpatiotic to run a campaign? It's treasonous? What a gas.

The Nobody For President campaign is an educational tool to confront the systemic problems in our "democracy." Why does it frighten you so much to have someone ask the question, "do we really need a president?"

A study was done in Berkley proving that right wingers are basically dumber than the rest of us. That's why you're scared.
Im not a right winger. Im Democrat (english)

As far as Im concerned, Bush and his cronies are about as close to anarchy as I want to get. I certainly dont think America would be better off without a President than with one! I think its time for a woman to be President. In either case, anarchists have no place in American society. In fact they have no place in ANY civilized society.
been watching too long... (english)

Why would a democrat claim that anarchists have no place in our society? That's absurd. It's KOBE's position completely. Why would you suddenly show up at the moment when KOBEs are online?

I've seen this on other IndyMedias. "watcher" = "Linda" = KOBE.

Old hat. Give up. We know the score.
Wrong school, Linda. (english)

You're not bright enough for Harvard. Heck, you're not bright enough for a community college.
