Perhaps there is no hope for peace.
Even with billions offered, even with tremendous sacrifices made by Israel, the Gazans are still chanting "Death to Israel".
Its so sad. |

What sacrifices can Israel make? the last time i checked, the Palestinians were there before the israelis. so really, it should be the israelis with that little strip of land, if even that. palestine is not free if it is still constricted by israeli military roads and if Israel still has control over their power, water, etc. |

Thats simply not true. There has been a continual Jewish presence in this area for over 3,000 years. The Islamic faith didn't even come around until the 8th century. Remember the Christmas story? Jews and Romans? No Arabs? No Palestnians?
so really, it should be the israelis with that little strip of land, if even that.
There are already 22 Arab Muslim states. There is only one Jewish state. I often wonder why the existence of a tiny jewish state is so difficult for peopl eto understand. The Arab Muslim states have 800 times the land of israel, btw.
if Israel still has control over their power, water, etc.
Yet when israel has said "We are going to let you be responsible for your own electricity"- every one screams "collective punishment" . The Palestinians should be responsible for their own utilities- but they keep spending our donations on weapons. |

>he Islamic faith didn't even come around until the 8th century.
So what? Not all Palestinians are Muslims. Some are Christians. Others are Jews. Anyone who lives in Palestine is a Palestinian by definition, for the same reason that anyone who lives in New York is a New Yorker.
The problem is that some Palestinians, Jews, think they have the right to rule Palestine because of who their ancestors were. This is precisely and exactly the same as some Germans, the Aryans, thinking they had the right to rule Germany because of who their ancestors were. Either way, it's racism, plain and simple. |

Fool: Anyone who lives in Palestine is a Palestinian by definition, for the same reason that anyone who lives in New York is a New Yorker.
What utter BS. No one believe this- its a non-normative use of the word- and if you said this to a Palestinian, they'd laugh you out of the room.
The entire backbone of the Palestinian movement is pan-Arab solidarity. Look at any of the statements of unity coming out of the movement- there are NO Palestinian Jews. |

"there are NO Palestinian Jews." |

Any Jew who lives in Palestine is a Palestinian Jew by definition for the same reason any Jew living in South America is a South American Jew.
The problem is that most of the Jews living in Palestine reject the most basic tenet of democracy, equality. They believe that, simply because they were born Jewish, they have a right to do whatever the want to the non Jews of Palestine.
This is no different than Nazism. The Nazis believed that, simply because they had been born Aryan, they had a right to do whatever the wanted to the non Aryans of Germany.
This is racism, plain and simple. Any rejection of racial equality is racism by definition. The Zionists have imposed upon the land of Palestine an apartheid regime that is worse, far worse, that the apartheid regime imposts by the Nationalist upon South Africa. Even at its most blood thirsty, the apartheid regime never bombed Bantustans from the air, or shelled them with artillery.
Of course, Jews have exactly and precisely the same right to live in Palestine as do non Jews, no more and no less. When the Zionists tell you that Jews have more rights than non Jews, they are telling the same racist lie that the Nazis told when they said that Aryans had more rights than non Aryans. They, too, had the tanks and planes to back their claim up. Then, one day, they didn't. Then they were justly crushed. So too, one day will their most avid students, the Zionists be crushed. Sooner would be better than later. The racist atrocity that is Zionism is an open sore on the face of humanity's moral dignity. |

Show me any legitimate source that defines "Palestinian" in this manner.
If Palestine is a geographic region, what are its boundaries? When were they established?
The palestine of the British Mandate includes Transjordan. That is the only reason the Jews are in the Minority. Jews are not permitted to become citizens of Jordan.
Jews are in the majority in Israel. |
