There is an international campaign urge the Staples Corporation to stop supplying to the notoriously cruel animal testing laboratory, Huntingdon Life Sciences. Staples is based out of Massachusettes. It's about time they stop dealing with HLS. The following is public information on the CEO, President and executives at Staples in MA. They are not in order of importance. |

Huntingdon Life Sciences (HLS) is Europe’s largest contract animal testing laboratory.
They have about 70,000 animals on site, including rabbits, cats, hamsters, dogs, guinea-pigs, birds and monkeys. These animals are destined to suffer and die in cruel, useless experiments.
HLS will test anything for anybody. They carry out experiments which involve poisoning animals with household products, pesticides, drugs, herbicides, food colourings and additives, sweeteners and genetically modified organisms.
HLS have been infiltrated and exposed a number of times in recent years. Each time horrific evidence of animal abuse and staff incompetence has been uncovered, including workers punching beagle puppies in the face. |

New HLS supplier caught out: STAPLES
Stationary supplier Staples (www.staples.co.uk) has been caught sneaking into HLS in unmarked vans. This shady kind of behaviour means they clearly do not want the public shame of helping the Huntingdon poisoning factory.
Take Action
Contact Staples urgently and tell them you will boycott them whilst they support animal cruelty. Let them know about Huntingdons appalling track record for animal cruelty, either in your own words or in the sample email provided below!

Dear Sir/Madam,
It has come to my attention that Staples has been delivering goods into Huntingdon Life Sciences, (HLS), Woolley Road, Alconbury, Huntingdon.
HLS is Europes largest animal testing facility and has the most appalling track record for animal cruelty. They are the only facility to have had their licence to perform animal tests revoked by the Government after being exposed for horrific acts of animal cruelty.
They were most famously exposed in 1997 by channel four when they went undercover, and filmed beagle puppies being swung and punched, as well as staff incompetence and sloppy procedures. One recent expose in 2005 details the experience of two women who worked in the beagle unit at HLS. Nothing has changed and cruelty and violence is still common place.

HLS are also currently involved in a lawsuit in America amidst claims of racism, and allegations that a senior scientist was sacked after refusing to falsify data for tests.
I do not wish to support a company that supports such cruelty in anyway and have made the decision to boycott Staples until they stop supporting HLS, and I shall make sure I tell everyone I know about Staples and HLS.
