None of the following chefs, each of whom has a different method of snuffing a lobster's life, ever mention that lobsters are coprophagous, eating the waste of human and other species. Lobsters have been fished out of the Atlantic and Pacific with toilet paper in their claws. They like other coprophagous creatures, shrimp, clams, crabs for instance, cause a high percentage of food poisoning fatalities such as anaphylactic shock.

In addition, the gradually accumulating radiation from Fukushima and many other countries generating nuclear waste through illegal dumping as well as mercury, chromium, lead, and thousands of other contaminants are in many times greater concentration in marine mammals, fishes, and other seabeings than in the ocean water.

Those who assert that lobsters feel no pain are speaking untruth in ignorance or rationalization.

When you pick them up, they spread their arms wide and move their tails.
(If you can't use them right away) store them in a paper bag in the refrigerator for 2 or 3 days.
The best method is to plunge the living lobster into the boiling water head first.
