Did John Kerry really say that? Yes, he did. |
During his speech accepting the Democratic nomination, John F. Kerry pledged,
"And we will double the size of our Special Forces,
to conduct terrorist operations..."
It's strange to hear such unvarnished truth spoken from that podium by the Presidential candidate.
(Of course, he did "correct" himself immediately, and said, "anti-terrorist operations," but the meaning remains starkly clear.) |

Nice parentheses. The meaning wasn't clouded by him mis-speaking - he actually meant anti-terrorist. I realize that you are cynical - I am too, but wow, fearmonger much? |
