Why Refrences to AmeriFascist Memeplex are Bunk
04 Sep 2004
In his article Anti-Bodies to the Amerifascist Memeplex, author Stephen DeVoy uses a pile of mumbojumbo to garnish up a plate of liberation theology. DeVoy Posits that only an equal and opposite memeplex will undo a memeplex (in plain english that is-- an "idea") one does not like.
The problem with this hyperactively quasi-scientific bombast is that it reduces to a simple assumption which is: Anarchism is the opposite of Fascism. This belief is false.

Anarchism, being the anti-human, anti-physical, and anti-tech objection to all things organizational, is a universal antithesis.

Anarchists merely pit themselves against fascism, because being nihilists, they seek an opponent, that opponent being fabricated out of noospace when none can be found.

Anarchists believe they oppose an ideology which is "fascist" or rather, universally advocating statism. They conjure a simulacrum of fascism and then try to drape it over entities they believe are "too organized" in an attempt to preserve chaos.

No real fascism need exist. Anarchists will invent more of it as they run out of it. Fascism is like Doritos.

Talking of Anarchy, a little bit of "anarchy" broke out over on NYC-IMC a couple of days ago.

The result was they locked the place down so tight you couldn't fart without someone throwing you outside.

Mebby it wasn't anarchy in the true sense but it was certainly chaos.

Anarchists like chaos until their little world gets chaositized..... Then they get all dictatorial and, NAZI like!

That reminds me. One time, at bandcamp, I was posting to this independent boston website, and coincidentally, one of the scrubbers was scrubbing my posts at exactly the same time, so he thought I was monitoring the site in realtime, and shut Boston IMC down to protect it. Imagine my surprise!
