We Need to Secede!
07 Nov 2004
Modified: 01:26:47 AM
It can't be said enough.
The map shows that potential terrorist targets voted against Bush.
We must secede unless we want to be used as a human shield for Jesusland.

Secession is an option that should be seriously considered.

Stop being stupid
07 Nov 2004
Cut the fucking crap. The democratic party is never going to win another election because it is so blatantly out touch with the majority of Americans. Neither party gives half a damn about the people, but the Republicans at least pretend that they do.

If neither party offers the working class anything in terms of economics, people will vote based on reactionary values. So stop being so fucking arrogant with your "smart america" bullshit and start organizing with your fellow workers for an alternative to the capitalist scam of "elections".
We Need A Fair Election!
07 Nov 2004
Until EVERY State can have a paper trail and electronic numbers that add up? Or in some cases over added! From losing over 125,000 votes in Ohio. To having 3500 votes tossed in New Mexico. Our election system is a joke! Really!
All of Us, should demand a fair and just, voting system. Democracy is in big trouble without it!

I dont agree with the anarchy crap, i do agree with the fair voting system. I think that secession really makes sense. Im not jsut a pissed off Kerry voter. And I dont think Kerry voters are "Smart America" , because some of those states voted to ban gay marriage. And on the West coast, away from the coastal cities, the majority of the counties voted for Bush. I thinkk it is reasonable for massachusetts and vermont to definately secceed because we are both so dramatically opposite of the rest of the nation. I dont see how it would hurt our states or the rest of the united states. We have strong economies. We should create a group to represent people the want to seceed.
Did you mean to post that? I hope you dont really believe that.

YOURE KIDDING, RIGHT?

There can be no secession of any state from the United States (Article One, Section Ten). This whole concept is not even amusing. You have ignored all the problems you would face. Whose resources would sustain you? Those of the Canadians? How would you pay for the infrastructure which lies below your feet? Telecommunications, road systems, television, etc? What would your relationship be with the remaining United States and Canada, as well as the international community? Who would protect your new country? These questions werent posed to get an answer, since this whole line of reasoning is ludicrous. Forget about secession and start working on a campaign strategy for your favorite candidate for 2008
