On Friday, May 6, 2005 Plaintiffs Shirley Kressel, Kathleen Devine and I filed suit against the Boston City Council to enforce the Open Meeting Law.

Wait just one dang cotton pickin minute. I thought that Anarchists are supposed to be against laws and the courts. What the Sam Hill is going on here? The next thing we'll find out is that Boston Independent Media is traded on the stock market!

Well, Boston IMC isn't just for Anarchists. I'm not personally aquainted with the plaitiff's political leanings.

Forcing government to live by it's own laws seems reasonable to me in any context. Advocating a society free of government doesn't mean ignoring the fact that we're saddled with one now, at least they shouldn't screw us any more than they say they will.
