Pizza not Bombs?: Free Pies for the Masses in Central Square

One of Boston longest-standing grassroots free food projects unvailed a new dish last week that drew a crowd in Central Square.

On Wednesday, June 8th, Cambridge Food Not Bombs made a mark on culinary history. They finally baked a dish they had talked about making for years -- Pizza. It was well worth it. People flocked around the free vegan pizza at the corner of Mass. Ave. and Prospect Ave. Some hailed it as part of a strategy to end militarism and build bridges across differences. How is this news worth?

PS: Pizza wasn't first made until the late 18th century (they called flatbread pizza at the time, but it wasn't pizza as we know it), how is it one of the oldiest foods? Even if you count flatbread, that was only 4,000 years ago. Is homefries a creationist?
