Cops and Students Battle at Quebec National Assembly

Thursday, October 27, 2005

Riot police fired tear gas at rebellious students in front of the Quebec National Assembly (provincial legislature) yesterday. Some among a demonstration of 300 people demanding free education waved anarchist black flags and threw paint-bombs and rocks at police. Police made no arrests.

The police showed great restraint in the face of adverse conditions. Hats off to them.

La Sûreté du Québec should have beaten the students like the fascist pigs that they are. Protesting for a free education is one thing. Acting like criminals is another. If you act like a criminal, then you must be prepared to be treated as one.

Sally is improving. Now she simply says that my post was disruptive. Apparently admitting defeat on the "bigotry" statement> Howver you can't silence the truth! POWER TO THE PEOPLE. And now for those of you who crave the truth..please read.

Free Education?? How about "damn near free education?" Students in Quebec pay next to nothing to go to some of the finest universities in the world. Like most college students, they apparently have too much time on their hands. But I must admit, the college women in Quebec put american women to shame. Well, except for the model in the article about the fair trade expo. She is a babe. Come to think of it, she does look French Canadian.

Now how is the truth disruptive. What exactly am I disrupting?
