Standout Against the Wars
Downtown Crossing, Boston
Friday Nov 25 , 4 PM

Bring the Troops Home Now!
End the Occupation of Iraq!
Stop the Raicist Attacks on Black, Latin@s, Arabs and Muslims!
Military Recruiters Out of Our Schools!
From the Gulf Coast to New England and Beyond ... Fund Human Needs Not War and Occupation!

Please join organizers of last month's Boston Oct 29 anti-war rally to stand out against the wars.

This Friday, the day after so-called "Thanksgiving", many Americans will be shopping. But meanwhile the U.S empire continues to wage war against the people of the world. The genocidal U.S. occupations of Iraq and Afghanistan continue. Hundreds of thousands of Iraqis have been killed during 15 years of American attacks against Iraq. The U.S. government sponsors the Israeli apartheid regime in Palestine. The US government supports the brutal United Nations occupation of Haiti which has followed from last year's violent coup d'etat in Haiti which was conducted by Americans. The repressive Colombian government is a U.S. client state. The USA threatens Cuba, Venezuela, Syria, Iran, Sudan and Zimbabwe. The USA continues to occupy Puerto Rico, Native American nations, and African American communities. Millions of people including over a million African Americans and Latin@s are held prisoner in U.S. gulags. Thousands of minorities and low-income people were left to die in New Orleans during hurricane Katrina. A full accounting of the current wars of the U.S. empire is not possible in this email.

This Friday afternoon, instead of shopping, please bring signs and banners and come out to Downtown Crossing and stand up to protest the continued war by the U.S. government against the people of Iraq and against all people.

Sponsored by the Stop the Wars Coalition (formerly the Oct 29 Coalition)

Re: Standout Against the Wars But where was the OCT29 coalition??, Fri Nov 25 Downtown Crossing 4 PM

Where was the anti-war masses?? Fair weather lefties and zionist peace people didn't like the anti-Israel pro-Palestine pro-sudanese government rhetoric. So they stayed home or went shopping.Has the anti-war movement been co-opted by the zionists?Ask Chuck Turner who refused to support the Oct29 anti-war protest.Zionism is racist, fascist and imperialist. The apartheid Israel regime is our greatest enemy. We cannot work with zionists or tolerate their racist and superior attitudes. We are not anti-semites, we are anti-zionists,and pro-Palestinian.Many of us are Jewish Americans and the zionists call us self-hating jews for daring to criticize Israel.Harvard is the center of zionist power. If we speak out and expose the zionists and their many crimes,we can defeat them.Silence and secrecy is the zionists greatest ally.We will take back America.

Um, "Stokely," you're replying to what exactly? I'm putting the odds pretty high that you're actually a troll, but...

That may be a TROLL but how come an individual with an opposing side of the story, based on first hand accounts, is labelled a troll? Free speech right out the window!

I missed the line "The US continues to occupy Puerto Rico".

That is priceless. Did you guys know that every year members of the armed services, who are residents of Puerto Rico, get forms in the mail to vote on withdrawing and becoming an independent state/country? Did you know that? Everyone votes NO!
