Stan co-founded the Crips gang inLos Angeles. He was framed for four murders andsentenced to death in 1981. At his trial, Stan was found
guilty by an all-whitejury after the prosecutor removed all prospective Black jurors from the jurypool. In his closing argument, the prosecutor
compared Stan to a Bengal tiger inthe zoo, and described the Black neighborhood of South Central Los Angeles ashis jungle habitat.
Stan transformed himself behind bars, writing childrens books todiscourage kids from joining gangs. He has been nominated for five Nobel Prizes, and one of his books won two national honors. Stan has saved the lives of over 150,000 youth, as reported by them, their parents, teachers and law enforcement officials in their 70,000 emails to Stan. Earlier this year he received a Presidential Call to Service
Award from none other than George Bush.In recognition of the valuable work
Stan continues to dofrom behind bars, both the Los Angeles Times and San ranciscoChroniclehave printed editorials calling on Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger to grant Stan clemency before his December 13th execution date. To put even more pressure on Schwarzenegger, Stan's supporters have called for a November 30 national day of action to hold press conferences, speakouts and rallies. We have to show "the
Terminator" that Boston won't allow him to kill Stan without afight.

How was he framed? His shotgun, tons of witnesses, gangbanger background. No, couldn't have been him, eh?

On top of the fact that Black people were systematically removed from the trial Jury (i.e. not a jury of his peers and a racist trial)... here's info from a fact sheet that can be found at

There was physical evidence, but none of it pointed to Stan.

• Fingerprints were found at both crime scenes, but they were not Stan’s. These fingerprints have never been identified.

• A bloody boot print left near the victim at one of the crime scenes was not Stan’s. This boot print has never been identified.

• A shotgun shell found at that crime scene was said to be from a gun purchased by Stan five years earlier. But the gun was, in fact, found under the bed of two people – a husband and wife facing felony insurance fraud charges and who were also under investigation for murdering their own crime partner. This husband-and-wife crime team did not serve any prison time and their murder investigation was dropped after they testified that Stan “volunteered” a confession to them.

• The “star” witness at Stan’s trial – a white man and longtime felon who was placed in a nearby cell while Stan awaited trial and was years later discovered to have been a paid police informant – also testified that Stan “volunteered” a confession to him. But nearly 20 years after Stan’s trial it was discovered that a Los Angeles police officer had left a copy of the police murder file involving Stan’s case in this informant’s cell for overnight study. The next day the murder file was picked up by that same officer, and the informant informed the police that Stan had volunteered a confession to him. In return for this testimony, the informant – who himself was facing the death penalty for rape, murder and mutilation – was given a lesser sentence that allowed him the possibility of parole and freedom.

Prosecutors drop charges in smuggling of fake money

By Matthew Dolan
Baltimore Sun reporter
Originally published November 29, 2005

Prosecutors in federal court decided to drop all charges yesterday against an Israeli man who had wanted to plead guilty to smuggling $1.5 million in fake U.S. currency into Maryland.

Assistant U.S. Attorney Craig Michael Wolff asked U.S. District Judge Andre M. Davis to dismiss the indictment against Hazki Hen, 65, because he is severely ill and wants to return to Israel to die.

Davis agreed with the attorneys that Hen was not well enough to enter a guilty plea, and his condition made a return to an American courtroom unlikely. "It's frankly a tough decision," Wolff said.

Hen suffers from severe problems with his liver, blood pressure and other ailments, said his attorney and supporters. A medical technician accompanied Hen from home confinement in New York.

He was indicted last November by a federal grand jury in Baltimore for allegedly importing and attempting to sell about $1.5 million in high-quality counterfeit $100 bills for 35 cents on the dollar. In discussions with an alleged accomplice and an undercover U.S. Secret Service agent, they talked about future transactions upward of $100 million, according to court records.,1

Hopefully they're already filling up the syringes out in Cali. It's great that Tookie has written a few books, now let him pay off the balance of debt to society. RIP Tookie.

Tookie started the fucking CRIPS!

And you think it's racist to execute him! Ha.

ISO thinks that the CRIPS are good. And all those people killed by or in the CRIPS were serving the cause of socialism.

What disrespect.

Socialists should be executed too.
