White Power Fascists in Washington, DC?!?!?
On Saturday August 24th from 11am-1pm, the National Alliance, probably the most organized and sophisticated white-power group in North America today, is calling for what they claim will be “the largest gathering of white nationalists at the U.S. Capitol in history”.
The National Alliance has been very active the past few months in Washington DC, especially after September 11th. Their numbers have been growing and this needs to stop. Last time they were in DC in May, they had at least 250 Nazis and white supremacists present.
We will have a counter demonstration near their rally. There is a place for everyone who comes out to show unity in diversity. Please tell everyone you know to come out and stand up against fascists.
If you don’t stand against these fascists they will grow stronger.
Ignoring them will not make them go away.
The DC Anti-Fascist Network is a group of people who are dedicated to fighting fascism, and, as such, we are working to unite our communities in opposition to all forms of oppression and discrimination, including those based on race, gender, class, ethnicity, age, sexuality, disability, immigration status, and religion.
We believe in confronting oppression wherever it exists.
They must be confronted wherever they are.

Please Don't Feed the Trolls
Wikipedia defines an Internet Troll as: "An Internet troll is either a person who sends messages on the Internet hoping to entice other users into angry or fruitless responses, or a message sent by such a person." Boston IMC strives to provide both a grassroots media resource as well as a forum for people to contribute to a meaningful discussion about local issues. Please, when posting comments, be respectful of others and ignore those trying to interrupt or discourage meaningful discourse. Thank you.
