His antics reek of desperation against the mounting cases of corruption against him. Binay, in the course of losing his grip on the Presidency is trying to grasp at straws to deflect issues.

Boston Children's Hospital Employs U.S. Torture Facilitator Gerald Koocher

In a recently released independent report, Gerald Koocher, who is employed at Harvard's Children's Hospital has been implicated as assisting the U.S.'s torture program while he was president of the A.P.A.(American Psychological Association).
The recently released Hoffman report, an independent study has concluded that Koocher colluded with the government to keep the rules so relaxed as to allow doctor to implement and assist with torture. He now works comfortably at the Boston Children's Hospital, as well as at the Catholic DePaul University.

Mainstream economics is always based on the idea of homo oeconomicus, an egoist who maximizes his own advantages. In economics, the extreme form of egoism is treated as rationality. This is problematic. Thought models mould perception and conduct.
July 30 was Medicare's 50th birthday and August 14 is Social Security's 80th birthday. Time to celebrate!
