The Baltimore Examiner Is Wrong About the Iraqi War
17 Jul 2007
On July 11, 2007, the Baltimore Examiner published an editorial cheerleading a continuation of the Iraqi War and propping up the conflict’s main instigator, the liar-in-chief, President George W. Bush. The Examiner insisted: “[Bush] is right on Iraq and that he deserves America’s support.” The Examiner is wrong! Bush warrants impeachment for lying the country into the war and a federal prison cell next to his partner-in-crime--V. P. Dick Cheney!

17 Jul 2007
I was reading a news article on former Palestinian Information minister Dr Mustafa Barghouthi on An Najah University's (Nablus, Palestine) website when I stumbled upon this article on a Palestinian solution to the impasse between Fatah & Hamas below. It calls for reform of the PLO, dissolvement of the emergency gov, Hamas gov, & to end the current factionalism running rampant in territories by allowing all factions to join a new reformed government composed of other political parties: PLEASE DISTRIBUTE WIDELY

Private Security Companies & Fascism
16 Jul 2007
Several issues about private mercenaries have come to the forefront. However one important issue has “not” come to our attention. The issue that needs investigation is the “fact” that any private security employee could be taking secret orders (such as those of a subversive nature) from any special interest, political front or political power—including the taking of orders from other intelligence agencies or even mafia-like gangsters.

World-renowned Filipino educator Dr. Francisco Nemenzo, former president of the University of the Philippines, and head of the coalition, LABAN NG MASA, repeats his call for the establishment of a revolutionary transitional government to replace the corrupt, brutal and illegitimate Arroyo regime backed by Bush neocons and the predatory corporate elite. Bush, health and education
16 Jul 2007
caricatura135.jpgwill not refer to Bush's health and education, but to that of his neighbors. It was not an improvised declaration. The AP agency tells us what his opening words were: "Tenemos corazones grandes en este país" (We have big hearts in this country); he said this in Spanish in front of 250 representatives of private and religious groups, foundations and NGOs who had come to Washington with all expenses paid by his government...

The Alliance of Progressive Labor (APL) hereby raises to your office as Chief Executive of the land our concerns about the reports that at the International Labor Organization Conference Committee on Standards meeting held in Geneva, the Philippine representative rejected said committee's recommendation for the ILO to send a high-level mission to the Philippines to look into the case of involuntarily disappeared and murdered trade union activists and leaders.
