John Kerry may have written his own political obituary with a pathetic letter to his supporters saying that he won’t back a protest by African-American House members against voting fraud in Ohio. Instead, he urges his supporters to call Republican leaders and demand that they reform the electoral system.

The outgoing Secretary of State says he’s shaken and horrified by the tsunami’s destructive power, yet has nothing to say about the far greater destruction and death wreaked in Iraq by the U.S. military that he was so instrumental in sending over there. The difference isn’t the degree of destruction and death, it’s what caused it.
The Truro police- along with the FBI- want every man in Truro to "voluntarily" give a DNA sample to help solve a three year old murder. If they don't the DA says they will come in for increased scrutiny. In other words, they will become suspects, since they currently have no suspects.

the "peace process" between Israel and the Palestinians revolves around
"curbing the violence" and Palestinian "reforms." Devoid of any
self-reflection, the pundits ignore realities on the ground and distort
history in ways that try to deceive the US public to continue the massive
military and economic aid to Israel at the expense of US public interests
(in addition to its devastating impact on Israelis and Palestinians).
