Strange things afoot at DARPA
22 Apr 2005
Modified: 02:08:58 PM
These two excerpts from Dr. Tony Tether, the director of DARPA (Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency) show some very interesting directions U.S. military research is headed in... And this is just the publicly admitted stuff.
For example, DARPA is attempting to develop autonomous vehicles for combat-- like Predator drones, basically, but without anyone at the controls. Like robotic guard dogs, the machines would kill at the suggestion of a unit commander and not stop until his say-so.
But here are some other chilling, strange tech developments including boats that swim through the water like seals do, soldiers who literally feel no pain, and strategies for urban warfare-- abroad and, eventually, at home. There're no bombshells here, butthere is hopefully enough info to make activists see that the U.S. government ain't fucking around-- they're just getting started. And you are their target.

The 9/11 "Missile Hits the Pentagon" Hoax
22 Apr 2005
There has been a concerted effort to convince those that disbelieve the official 9/11 fable, to believe another, even stranger, fable. Namely, that the damage to the Pentagon was caused by a missile strike. Why the perpetrators of 9/11 want to spread this missile myth is not at all clear, as even a cursory investigation of the facts, makes it clear that it was not hit by a missile. Maybe the reason they are doing this is to tar the disbelievers as a lunatic fringe, or perhaps they just want to create as much confusion about the issue as possible, to obscure some, as yet unknown, fault in the fables fabric.

Action against homophobia at Dana Hall
21 Apr 2005
The following was sent to me by a Dana Hall student regarding the recent removal of a Pride Flag from a dorm window before "Grandparents Day".
Please call the school at 781-235-3010 and tell Blair Jenkins, the Head of School, that you oppose the removal of the Pride Flag. If you are not able to reach Jenkins, please leave a message with the secretary. The sooner the better, as Grandparents Day is tomorrow. Together with Dana students- who will be flyering- we can have an impact on these homophobic policies.
Solidarity,
Eric
