Someone calling himself John Titor has made several posts claiming to be a time traveler. A copy of some of the questions along with responses from the time traveler are posted on WWW.ThinkTankMag.Com. This makes for good reading. Other post can be found by doing a search on John Titor. Lawsuit Filed Against Wells College

On Monday, November 29, 2004, a legal challenge to the recent decision
by Wells College to admit men in the fall of 2005 was filed in New York
State Supreme Court in Cayuga County. This suit, brought on behalf of
two students (a freshman and a sophomore) at the college, alleges, among
other things, that Wells College violated New York State General
Business law by committing fraud. The students’ claim is that they were
led to believe that they would be attending a women’s college for four
years.

Boston City Council's Ann Hess will not provide violating
principles of effective communications for the activities of
Boston City Council with people interested, concerned or
affected by matters of health.

A more competent person is needed to the job that Ann Hess
will not do at Boston City Council, a more cooperative
person who will be more willing to communicate better with
communities, with people.

Committee on Environment and Historic Preservation will hold a public
hearing on
Thursday, December 9, 2004 at
6:00pm at the
Boston Teachers Union Hall 180 Mt Vernon Street Dorchester MA 02125

The subject of the hearing is:

Docket # 1407 --
Order for a hearing on growing concern nationally, statewide and
within Boston, regarding the problem of indoor mold contamination and
poor indoor air quality due to
water intrusion in public and private buildings.

This matter was sponsored by Councillor Hennigan
and referred to the committee on October 20, 2004.



Members of the public are cordially invited to attend and testify.

If you have not testified at a Council hearing before, please arrive
(5) minutes before the call of the hearing to sign up and become
familiar with the hearing format, testimony locations and sound
system.

Please bring fifteen (15) copies of any written documentation you wish
to present at the hearing.

If you know of others who may be interested in this hearing, kindly
notify them.
