This world really needs a new feminism, and the editors and contributors are right on to ground feminism in social movements dealing with real life and not just the simulacra of representational politics. But saying that all issues are women’s issues because women are involved or are leaders misses the point.
If we're to believe the more prominent organizing groups and leaders in the anti-war movement, we will conclude that the traditional processes, in which the vast majority of anti-war activists participates, is a success in itself - a cause for celebration. To the extent that the powerful are recognized as deliberately engaging in unjust behavior, we would conclude that these traditional processes are "speaking truth to power" or registering dissent in some noble way.
