RTK Request Obtains Files From ACHD Regulation Subcommittee

Recently Three Rivers Rising Tide requested the membership list and meeting minutes for the last four years for the regulation subcommittee of Allegheny Health Department's Air Pollution Control Advisory Committee. Their aim was to uncover links between the subcommittee and local industrial polluters such as US Steel. Also requested were copies of any regulations the subcommittee had worked on since 2012.
