This is the NCOR 2004 Call for Proposals. The 2004 NCOR collective is currently looking for those interested in presenting a workshop at the conference to submit workshop proposals by Oct. 17. The conference will be held January 23-25 2004 at American University in Washington, DC.

After having their radical program crushed by international capital, Brazil's Communist\Socialist\Labor\Leftist government is back to imposing the policies of globalization on Brazil. Their radical program was to supply snack foods to malnourished babies and introduce a one dollar a day welfare program, but before they were even voted into office, they were called onto the carpet in New York and Washington.
