While there is no denying the grief of those who lost family or friends in New York, looking at the disaster from a non-western perspective one can only wonder if the world sees hypocrisy in the outpourings of grief.
Plea for a permanent commemorating of voiceless life wether it be iraqi babes or soil organism; no specieism helpfull here; make amends for all victims, including our own and break a chain that threatens and has proven to be on a run away viciously circular course.
Indymedia will never have any clout or credibility as long as it continually publishes articles of paranoid conspiracy plots written by those with no credentials what so ever.

Around 1:30 PM today I posted a comment after "Spider Jerusalem"s "Attack on World Trade Center.." Id=62656 article, and the comment was not there at 3:00 PM. Here I will address some of the content of that comment along with my reflections on the disasters.
This evening at 6:00 in Copley Square in Boston and Harvard Square in Cambridge, large vigils were held mourning for the dead in yesterday’s terrorist attacks and also calling on the US government not to respond to the attacks with more violence. At the same time an initially small nationalist rally in Park Street in Boston turned into a large crowd.
