Security Council resolution that called for a no-fly zone over Libya and was a criminal action against a sovereign government. “I stand with U.S. Congressman Kucinich calling for the criminal prosecution of the NATO commanders; I am also calling on the U.S. Congress to end the U.S. membership in NATO.”
